The rubber strap also detaches at one end so that you can strap it to almost any tube on your bike — or anywhere for that matter! Answer:
Tribit StormBox Micro Speaker is IP67 waterproof, it could be used as a shower speaker. However, to prevent it to be damaged, we do not recommend you put the speaker in a wet environment all the time. If the speaker gets wet, it is recommended to air dry in time. Thanks for your question.

If you were to put it inside sweatpants or shorts, it might be too heavy to keep your pants on. ;) The rubber strap on the back of each speaker should allow you to stretch it to attach to handlebars with no issues. It is IP67, so it’s solid enough to take on fine dust and water submersion. The rubber back and fabric grill feel quite solid, so I believe a waist level drop, say 3-4 feet, will be alright. Answer:
I’ve left it for a week before half charged (50% is good for lithium ion cells), and it was just fine when I powered it on. If it does lose volts over a month or two, (say you stored it at 50, two months later it’s now at 20), charging it back up is fairly quick with usb-c.
