Thanks for reaching out to us! We will not make any claims that nutpods is a good source of plant sterols or plant stanols. Coconut cream contains an insignificant amount and is not recommended as a good source. Almonds are a better source, but since so little is consumed with a serving of nutpods we would not recommend our product as a good source. Please speak with a registered dietitian about changes you can make to your diet if you’d like to increase your consumption of plant sterols or stanols.

Answer:
The taste was nothing special. And it definitely wasn’t worth the price. I’ll stick with my coffee-mate sugar free flavored creamer, even though the chemical will do me in some day:)

I'm of the belief that small amounts of fat (from butter or nut pods or heavy cream) is perfectly fine during a fast, as is bone broth. For me, it's whatever gets me through. I really like fat fasting. see less It depends entirely on your goals. If you are fasting for autophagy, you should stick with water, black coffee, and tea. Answer:
It is definitely worth a try. Nutpods has a subtle flavor but blends better then all the alternatives. I haven't tried it with BPC so I cannot answer with full authority, but I have used it with many different coffees and it has yet to disappoint. Hope this helps!
