Hi Sneha,

We're so sorry to hear you're having a connection issue between your HP laptop and your CH510. Let's try to isolate the problem by following the steps below:

• Make sure to turn up the volume level on the computer.
• Place your device within one meter (three feet) of the computer.
• Make sure your computer supports the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) Bluetooth® profile.
• The drivers needed to connect your device to a computer are already included in the operating system.
• If your computer is asking for a Bluetooth driver, contact your computer manufacturer.
• If you're using a VAIO® computer, Bluetooth drivers are available online.
• Perform a reset and initializing the headphones to refresh the content. For instructions, please refer to the help guide of the unit that can be found on our support website.
• If you still can't pair your device to your computer or no sound is heard, pair it to a different Bluetooth device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the A2DP profile to test.

If this does not help, please follow the steps below for ways to contact us.

Unfortunately due to the current Amazon phishing protocol for your protection, we cannot provide a direct email or phone number for customer support as of now. Please find Sony Electronic’s Support information: Go to sony.com > click on “Support” > scroll down click on “Contact Support” > click on [Product Category] > click on “Email Question”
