I didn't have bluetooth turned on on my tv. There is a pairing button under the battery cover. You press that and it sends radio frequency to the tv to find the remote. Took me about 30 seconds to pair mine.

It’s incredibly easy to pull the tag out. It’s anchored to the actual battery panel, so you just have to pull and it pops off smaller panel that it’s pinned underneath. Once you remove the tag there will be a noticeable gap where it was, even if you pop the smaller panel back into place where it was.

Yes, pressing the sync button below the battery cover should bring up a prompt to easily connect the remote to the tv.

I don’t think so I have not found a remote on Amazon that has a headphone jack.

With my experience when you press the voice button it takes you to the home screen on the roku device and searches through roku's search engine. Pretty much you are searching the roku but you dont have to type anything in. It is a cool feature though.
