No, but if you install the Roku remote app on your phone, you can listen to your TV with wired or Bluetooth headphones/speakers.

It varies, they all will have Hulu and Netflix, ours also came with Sling and ATT NOW, some will have VUE which doesn’t exist anymore

No. However, you can get a "Sidekick" which has those programmable buttons & attaches to the Roku remote.

I didn't have bluetooth turned on on my tv. There is a pairing button under the battery cover. You press that and it sends radio frequency to the tv to find the remote. Took me about 30 seconds to pair mine.
