yes it does, but the stitching sucks. not a good product. steer away from it.

Yes, tight to pull on (I used wooden spoons to stretch it over the wheel), but now it’s a bit lose on the wheel. It can be removed.

I have a 15.5” steering wheel on super crew cab truck - it is made of a stretch silicone type material - had to REALLY stretch it to fit but is VERY tight and does not shift at all - I believe it would work fine on 14.5” due to amount of stretch involved for install with minimal shifting. The silicon rubber and texture… see more I have a 15.5” steering wheel on super crew cab truck - it is made of a stretch silicone type material - had to REALLY stretch it to fit but is VERY tight and does not shift at all - I believe it would work fine on 14.5” due to amount of stretch involved for install with minimal shifting. The silicon rubber and texture has an almost “sticky” like texture which helps grip steering wheel as well as provide stable hand grip. Love mine - the only drawback I have is the rubber tends to take awhile to warm up in winter.
