Before even worrying about that though, you should probably read the 1 and 2 star reviews. It seems likely that the good reviews are fake (customers are bought off by the company with the promise of free product) and you have a fairly high chance of getting a rash or breakout from this cream. Also, it has phenoxyethanol, which is known to cause cancer and is prohibited in other countries. So, they may be cruelty free to animals (though I doubt it. They aren't even truly organic), but they aren't cruelty free to other humans by putting these horrid ingredients into a cream for use on human skin. It's scary what people can get away with selling, and on Amazon. I'm disappointed. see less : According to the label, it contains ingredient "MARINE COLLAGEN", which is an animal product.
