Lower numbers are less compression. My husband wears 10-15 and I wear 15-20. They say men swell less than women so it works great for us. Good luck. I love mine as does he

I did not try either. At $4 a pair compared to over $30 for a competing brand ( that Medicare doesn’t pay for), you would be hard put to find regular dress socks at a better price! And these are really nice!

When educating patients on care of their reusable bandages and compression the advice we give is to not use fabric softener. You may not notice a change immediately but it will likely shorten the life of your compression garments. I don’t see how it would be any different for these.

I wear a 6 1/2 shoe. I bought small and they are a little big. I use the recommended shoe size that are found on packages of socks in stores to determine my sock size.

If I’m being honest I can’t say I’ll know for sure. I’m assuming the L/XL will be pretty stretchy considering the smaller size was bigger on me than expected. Yet, I wound probably ask someone who has ordered the larger size to know for sure.

I ordered by shoe size. They have a chart. Size 8 women is L-XL. Under 8 would be a small-Med. I did not measure my calf.
