This was a gift and as I remember it the outside seems to be made of water repellant material. There may be mesh fabric on the inside of each item. I am not really sure of this.

I am not sure where these are originally made. They arrived quickly so I am thinking they were in the States when shipped. But no idea where originally made. I ordered them about a year ago. Then I ordered more.
