Alexa can also play music from other streaming services which can be set as the default preference for your device. Connect the supported music service of your choice by following these easy steps:
In the Alexa App, tap the Settings menu and select Settings at the bottom. Scroll to the Alexa Preferences section and select Music & Podcasts.
Under Services, choose Link New Service to link Alexa to an existing account with a music or podcast service.
Also, under Settings, select Default services to choose a default service for music, artist and genre stations, or podcast.
If you’re a Prime member or Amazon Music Unlimited subscriber and have a different music service as your default, you can still ask Alexa to play music from Amazon Music. To do so, add “on Amazon” to the end of your request. If you have Amazon Music as your default and want to listen to music from a different music service, add the name of that service to the end of your request.
