Not sure as I do not know the model # for my headset. However, if you measure the diameter of your headset earpiece, you can make a determination if this will fit yours. My headset looks similar to yours but again, there is no model # on my Logitech headset. good value.

They are a little smaller than the foam that comes on the Supra Plus headset. It's a tight fit getting the Leatherette cushions on the headset, but they will fit.

Yes they will fit a xbox 360 headset. I purchased these a while back and they fit perfectly. They also seem to be of better quality than the Microsoft version cushions.

No idea for your phone. It works on our Panasonic DECT 6. The headset plug is small- like to an older iPhone or MP3 player. Great headset overall
