Well for the 4K Roku tv yes!. But for the Xbox 360 you will get the high resolution so far for this generation of video games platforms. Xbox 360 not supports 4k you will need a Xbox One X, S or PS4 Pro.

I have not used these cables with Apple TV, but I have used them with DVD players, Roku and cable converters. I believe this indicates that they should work with any standard HDMI interface application.
