I just got these new bulbs, so I cannot rate their longevity or energy efficiency, but the brightness is amazing. It is not just bright, but as close to actual daylight as you could get. The bulbs came on time and well packaged.

Yes, these bulbs would fit. It the screw in part of the bulbs on your vanity are the standard size, then yes. These lights are awesome. The bathroom vanities I have them in look like day light when the lights are on. These light do not hurt your eyes either being so bright. I recommend you replacing all the lights in the vanity verses just replacing one or 2 bulbs from this pack of lights.

Warm but not hot.
Depends on which you prefer, but it is best to get all three the same. Check the K (kelvin) light color scale. The closer to 3000 it is the warmer or more yellow it is. 5000K tends to be bluer, more like a fluorescent light. Think of 3000K as low, near hell, flames, yellow. 5000K high, sky or heaven, blue. "Warm" would be closer to incandescent.
