Mine crushes ice fine. My fridge doesn't have a built-in ice cube grinder so we throw the ice cubes straight into this blender ... no problem.
Yes, you absolutely can.
Works best if your fridge dispenses crushed ice. Larger cubes can leave big chunks of ice.
…We were trying to get on the road fast, and I was rolling my eyes at the idea of her putting together something that needed to be blended for breakfast, but in 45 seconds she had pulled the spinach and frozen mixed fruits out of the fridge and we had an awesome, healthy breakfast that gave us energy for the rest of the day.…
I use crushed ice from the fridge and it works like a charm. Don't know about the bigger ice cubes, though. Still lovin' it!
I love my NutriBullet and have had it for almost 3 years now with no issues. I was told not to put the blades in the dishwasher and just rinse them with cool water. I've heard that some people take out the seals, for heavens sake don't do that. I do not over stuff it and follow the diagram in the user guide on how to place my fruits and vegies I add nuts or oatmeal and chia seeds, flax seeds and love it. Never tried the Ninja but I am very happy with my NutriBullet. Some folks say the drink is too thick but I don't mind that and it does thicken if you put it in the fridge or just let it sit out , what I do is thin it down with some water and pour it back into the NB cup and blend it again for a few seconds.
