I'm so sorry for this jewelry doesn't have zippers. But there is another type in our store may meet your needs. It's also a beige one, with 30 clear zippered pockets on the front, 17 hook and loops on the back for necklaces. Hope you will like this one. :) Here is the link: www.amazon.com/dp/B01MU4ACL2
This is a must have for those of us who love organization and have a number of chains, necklaces, and costume jewelry. I used to use several 3M hooks mounted in my closet, however my necklaces would sometimes get tangled. …in organizing and properly storing my necklaces, bracelets and costume earnings which match my necklaces. The Velcro straps are well constructed and spaced to prevent necklaces becoming tangled, and on the flip side, there are several transparent pockets which nicely accommodate earnings, bracelets and checkers.…
On the back there are cloth like pieces of Velcro that you can open and hang your necklaces then close the Velcro so they hold in place. It’s part of the item.
No it hangs beautifully and getting the necklaces off is a real treat.
No, the other side is suited for necklaces to hang loose. No pockets
I'm not sure exactly how much weight it holds. I can tell you that it is made with very sturdy material. I can tell you there are 18 Velcro tabs meant for necklaces on one side. I have all 18 tabs filled with heavy statement necklaces and I am not seeing any issues. I've had mine foe a while now and I'm not seeing any wear or tear. Nothing that raises issues of concern, yet.
My jewelry armoire recently suffered a casualty and I don't wear enough jewelry to justify the replacement cost. This setup is great for me because it keeps everything nice and tangle free and doesn't take up any counter or dresser space!
Yes..it can be rolled up and the jewelry will stay in tact. That is what I did when I moved and the jewelry stayed in and was fine. All the necklace tabs are velcro and your necklaces are going no where with these sturdy tabs.
Yes. One side is for rings, earrings, bracelets. The other side is for necklaces. I really like the design.
