Used this for smoothies and oatmeal! Worked pretty well with a good blend in milk or water. Good amount of protein for the calorie count as well. Tried other flavors and they’re all great!

Excellent product! My nutritionist recommended it to me and I love it. The flavor only adds a slight sweetness to the smoothie and doesn’t overpower your drink. The protein helps keep me full until the next meal.

Tastes great!

I discovered this protein powder after using vegan pea protein powder for awhile. Don't get me wrong, that stuff is great if you're a vegan, but I'm not, and I found that I was arbitrarily wasting carbs, fat and calories on a vegan protein (while mixing it with cow's milk....whhhhaaaat???).…

The best vegan protein supplement, ever!

I love this product, and use it daily to supplement my vegan diet.…

I am concern about the fortified vitamins that are in the mix. Does anyone know if they natural or synthetic?

The most important thing to realize is the product is certified organic and also vegan. So just like taking any other supplement you want the highest quality ingredients. Being certified organic means the vitamins are coming from an organic source.

Protein is important to life. Each of the body’s cells contains protein, and you may not be consuming enough of this important substance from your daily meals. When it comes to men, teenage boys need 52 grams of protein and adult males 56 grams. Women need slightly less. Both teenagers and adult females should be consuming around 46 grams of protein per day.
Protein powders supplement your workout routine and diet plan to help you achieve fitness goals. Protein powders can help you lose weight, build muscle, or just boost energy on a daily basis. We've created a list of the best protein powders available to help you decide on the best one.
As the most popular and most widely recommended sports supplement, whey protein is enormously popular and consequently is available in countless flavors and varieties. It’s convenient, tasty, inexpensive, a lot more portable than steamed chicken breasts, and it’s considered one of the highest quality proteins available — whey is extraordinarily high in leucine, the amino acid most closely associated with muscle gain. When someone is new to weight gain or weight loss, they’re frequently told to buy themselves some protein powder, but it’s easy to be overwhelmed by the options available. That’s why we tried dozens of different offerings so you can decide for yourself.
If you’re a fitness enthusiast, you already know the benefits of protein powders. But even if you aren’t working out every day, they can help with weight loss, with studies finding they can help you lose weight without losing muscle. But if you’ve ever tried a protein powder, you know they can vary in both taste and consistency. Taste is an individual thing. You may prefer a sweeter, more milkshake-like taste, while someone else may prefer more of a mild, flavored-water taste. When it comes to price, it’s also important to consider how much powder you’ll need. One powder may seem like a better deal because it comes in a bigger container, but we found that some in smaller packages only required one scoop versus two. This is especially important if you prefer to toss your protein powder in your gym bag and make it on the go since a large tub will require you to scoop out a smaller amount for portability or keep your canister in your trunk. After mixing and tasting a variety of powders in water, we narrowed it down to our favorites, both for taste and consistency. Here are our favorites.
