Bought this so I could undercoat my car before winter to protect against rust here in the North East of the US. Great product from 3M as always just be careful with the filters because the clips are plastic and will break off if you twist them on too hard. Anyone wondering about the size I'm fairly small and a medium fit me fine. The small may have been a better fit but the medium wasn't uncomfortable and held really well to my face.
Used this while painting and remodeling a home, very satisfied with the way it fit and protected me from breathing in harmful particles.

I do a fair amount of painting around the house and in the workshop and this works just great. the face mask is so soft that it even seals pretty well over my beard!

Sized right, works great with good seal against ultra fine particulates.
Any filter is good enough, but even better with a Prefilter. Paint removal has only particles and no gases. Clear the areas much as possible and lay painter's plastic on the area to retrieve as much of toxic dust as possible.
I use this 3M Multi Gas/Vapor Cartridge/Filter 60926.. is very good for dust and sanding and you can't feel smell of the paint
I use this mask almost everyday. It works well with my glasses and provides the protection needed .

I can’t smell anything when wearing my mask and using a cartridge filter kit (3M R6023 Paint Respirator Supply Kit). Weather or not is supposed to be harmful to any elements of the mask, I don’t know. I love my mask and wear it a lot while doing construction in old homes.
If you add the right filters I would say great ! I have a beard and can get a good seal with my mask , I would call the company and ask them tho. They are very helpful and there techs answered the phone very quickly . for me .. Ive used mine for acids chlorine pesticides and paint no complaints .. But like I said call the company and discuss exactly what your needs are >>>>

Yes! Being sensitive to all chemicals, using this mask has been the only way I could do any painting projects. It also protects from dust particles and other allergens in the air.
I used it while painting shelving with oil paint. The whole family complained about the fumes and eventually left the house. I painted all day and didn't smell the fumes at all. It works!

Yes it will. I find it works so well it will even filter out paint fumes. It will work fine with your CAD-Cam.

I'm assuming you mean the odor of paint sealers. My husband used it with Flex Seal and didn't have any odor from it.

Yes, just pinch the nose part of this mask against your nose tightly and no smell or chemicals smell will get through. I personally use this mask when I’m painting a small project with spray cans and it does pretty good.

When using a pressure washer this will be fine. However, when using a heat gun I would recommend a filter that has added organic vapor protection.
Honestly, I don't know. It did the trick when we had the fires and ashes exposure here but if you google masks for lead exposure you should be seeing something that feels safe to you for that. <3

…I did research and found that this was the best affordable respirator that filters out oil based paints and other harmful stuff.…As far as protection goes, I dont smell a thing, and its easier to work and breath in this mask. so please if you are working with paints, wear gloves / use barrier cream, and wear this respirator.…
