I don't know, but it is a good question! I would really like one for the top. I just left it the clear plastic insert that it came in to protect the jewelry from dust and damage.
I don’t know what an IKEA Alex drawer is but what I did, I measured my drawer , then measure the jewelry tray to see if it fits This works like a charm every time
