Wife loves it good quality and does it job ..... anchor inclusion would be nice ... however price is just right
Very easy comes with the instruccions
You could choke it farther down and then anchor it I'm sure it would work just fine
Yes it can! Its made of heavy grade material and the caribiner is of sturdy construction too. Ive used the straps to anchor the rope onto my gym pull up high bar so I can do body weight rope pulls.
no need. You can simply copy the picture shown for product and loop through. THat'll be strong enough. I use it on a few eighty pound pitbulls that hang on this with their tug toys to anchor a spring toy. I've also swung off it myself to test it. Very strong. The image show you all you'll need to tie to secure anything.
I don't see why you couldn't, as long as the anchor is not loose and not abrasive.
It doesn't come with any type of anchor strap kit but you can purchase those separately.
Unless you are over 7' tall, there should be no problem. You need a solid anchor for the ropes and enough distance to perform the exercise. Height is really not an issue.
…We anchored the ropes to my heavy bag stand in our garage and they work great for both of us, but a little better for my 6'2, 240 lb. build than for my wife's 5'1, 100 lb. frame. …For that reason I bought this 1 and 1/2, thirty foot battle rope which she can anchor to her treadmill in our home gym or even to a bed in our spare room and run the 15 lengths of rope into the carpeted hallway to absorb sound a bit more than on the hardwood floor and rubber padded surfaces of our gym room.…
It comes with an anchor strap which can be mounted to practically anything that will accept it. I have mine mounted to a vertical shelving beam in my garage. Another option would be to purchase a wall anchor plate from your local hardware store, mount the plate to the wall and the strap to the anchor plate.
Very easy to set up outside. All you need is something to hook the anchor up to like a basketball pole or maybe a fence. Hope this helps!
It’s likely that you can. I have seen channels on YouTube describe how to make ‘ropes’ on the cheap. However this a a quality product that comes with an anchor and a protective sleeve, is the correct length and weight. So you’re paying for the convenience of not having to get all of that right when making your own.
Hi Vincent, thanks for your question and interest in our Battle Rope Anchor. You can use it everywhere even at home! Best regards Master of Muscle Customer Care Team
Very well made anchor and keeps my battlerope in place (which I need to smash my workouts lol) Great for garage, park and rig in gym. would def recommend, great little battlerope workout too to download. make sure to download it from their site as per instructions
Anchor with a chain, tie strap anything g really. I don't leave mine outside to preserve them.
The Great thing about BATTLE ROPES is that they're versatile. The best alternative is to use a sturdy pole or support beam that spans from floor to ceiling as a secure point. Use the Anchor Kit Set to tie up the rope to the security point and you're set. Also, you can loop the Rope to a Tree. All these alternatives will give you a great and safe workout experience at home!
You can. I used the anchor to keep mine from moving too much, but it’s pretty fool proof.
Yes I would recommend using an anchor
