Not sure how you mean to use it while laying in bed. I use my phone as my alarm clock and it rests in this stand on my night stand for that purpose. It stays in place perfectly when hitting the snooze button on the alarm.
Well my little boy used his ipad on this stand and it works fine. You just have to center it properly on the table. By the way this can only be used on a solid surface. I tried on the bed and had just a little difficulty.
I applied the holder last night after using the alcohol swab, clear liner, and sticky tape adhered to the ring itself- this morning everything seems solid- I would definitely recommend waiting the 24 hours for it to adhere properly- just apply it at night go to bed and the next day you have an awesome phone ring holder.…
…I like to watch little videos, etc often while in bed. My phone is minimalist in design, meaning it is sleek and smooth. few things before bed are more annoying than lying down, holding your phone above your face, shifting a little only to have it sip out of your hands and clock you good. we've all been there. With the Ring: 1) walking to campus it was nice to have the piece of mind that the phone wouldn't slide out of my hands (even if gloved). esp considering i cross an overpass spanning a small river with a narrow sidewalk on a busy road with fast moving traffic. it would suck to get bumped by pedestrian, startled by a honk or a cyclist because if the phone were to slip out of my hand (forget just the drop) its sure to bounce...to the right = into traffic... to the left = off the overpass into the river. 2) walking the parks, same deal regarding getting bumped. ring is also nice because i have hung it on a tree branch and played music while doing book work. 3) of course not dropping the phone on my face before bed is definitely a plus. lol I read the reviews before making my purchase. i have been conscious about some of the reported issues. so far: 1) i have not had any trouble with the ring breaking, disconnecting, bending, etc.…
I bought it originally to be able to watch movies while in bed and not have it fall on my face, but then ultimately it became extremely helpful in trying to text, as the pinky wouldn't tire out from holding it from the bottom (first-world problem, I know...)…
It will stand up on the bed.
…it's high quality plastic and holds my phone in place with plenty of viewing angles to choose from. i have one at work and one by my bed and they both come in handy and are easier to use and avoid the eyesore of having to put a popsocket on my beautiful iphone xs max
The 13.99 stand is a bigger and slightly heavier stand so the phone sits a a little higher. I use it on my bed because it's more stable on the mattress. The 7.99 one is smaller and lighter and is perfect for my desk at work. This one is stable on a solid surface and the other can more or less handle a sofa or bed. They are both sturdy and well built. If I were to carry one around I'd choose the smaller one for convenience and lighter weight. If I were to use a large tablet I might lean towards the larger stand though using touchscreen on a note 4 and the smaller stand works well. I like the phone sitting higher with the bigger stand in bed and the phone sitting a bit lower on the smaller stand at work. Hope this helps.
Yes.This phone holder for bed can hold all the device which size is in 4-7 inch.
YES! mine is currently on a pole which is my bed frame pole and it works perfectly fine the only thing is is it does tend to spin but if you put it on a bed I think it's worth it because you spending you lay down but other than that you just have to deal with it swerving a lot.
Best guess foot and half almost two feet. We clip it to the headboard of the bed and use it to watch movies ect works great!
