Yes! Very tight going on. Warmer weather is better for getting it on, as it needs to stretch as you are installing it. But once on, it stays very snug and does NOT move at all. Excellent item!

Yes I believe it will. I bought this for my daughters Jeep Liberty and it has whatever size tires recommended and i had her initials monogrammed it. It pulls together in the back and ties so it actually will expand very big and then you can pull the ties to make it fit snug. Hope this helps.
