No they don’t strobe to music but they do phase colors sound quality is good I use them on my gaming pc
They're really dynamic, full-range speakers, so they should work. They connect easily with Bluetooth, or 3.5mm jack if you prefer to cable physically to the game console, assuming it has a sound "out" jack port..
I do not know for sure. It is a standard 3.5mm stereo plug. It works fine in my laptop headphone jack. Hope this helps.
They work perfectly well! I love the size of them. They're no cinema speakers, but they do the job for me for playing computer games and watching videos.
Not having bought anything from CA in the past 6 years I am unable to give you a comparison, but I can tell you that for a desk computer where the emphasis is more on performing tasks and listening to background music they are more than adequate. I would buy them again and plan to this week, for another desktop out in my shop. I have been buying Logitech for years and have yet to be disappointed. I did buy a pair of Logitech Z2300 speakers with the subwoofer and two satellites probably around 6 to 8 years ago, and we've all used them for everything from concerts to playing DVD's to streaming movies and gaming. Today they still fill the living room with sound. The brand is good. Sorry for getting off track, wish I could give you a direct comparison.
I had to ask my son, and he say's he hasn't used them except once, and that was to amplify MY lousy laptop, at which time we didn't turn them up much. He has not used them upstairs on his computer (which is what he got them for) for gaming. And even if he tried it out now, I would not like to hear Call Of Duty all over the house. Sorry we could not be of more help. I hope you find someone else that has bought them and used them. He just reminded me that we did hook them up to the desk top once, and although we didn't blast them, it was a clear clean sound. Good luck!
…The control knob is one of the coolest features I have seen in a while for desktop speakers - removes the need to turn down the volume while gaming etc. using OS, just reach over and adjust volume, mute, power off, or adjust the bass.
The bass is really good in my experience. I listen to mainly EDM and rap, and do some gaming as well, and these have proved to be stellar for all 3. Also works wonderfully for movies and tv.
If your USB port is working, so will these speakers !
It seems fine to me. I watch movies, play pong, listen to tutorials, flash games. I'm sure a desktop computer wouldn't be any different
…The way I have the speakers set up, when I'm in a silkscreen game (currently playing Subnautica and the ambient noises are wonderful) I can reach over and increase or decrease the volume using the buttons on the main speaker without too much hassle and without taking too much attention away from the game.
5.1 surround, it really depends on the kind of sound quality you want and money you want to spend. The little logitech speakers are good for computers. They are too small for any kind of bass sound. On my computer i use the logitech z5500 series speakers. Movies and games sound great with the 12 in sub woofer. These systems start as low as 70.00 . Hope this helps.
Activating the speakers on my PC turns off the sound in my headset unless I specify which program I want playing where. I can have music playing on my speakers and my friends' voices from discord or other gaming chat programs in my headset, though I don't ever set it up that way on purpose. Not sure if this is helpful, but I don't know how to use both simultaneously.
So far I love them they came to my house fast and easy no dings in the box smelled fresh and new very easy to take out and setup instructions were simple to follow as well. I love the bass it gives off when I play my videogames it sounds amazing can't wait to hook them up to my computer great speakers in all. Also not to mention there a good sturdy wood so they won't break as easy along with the volume slider it's easy and smooth and I love it. 10/10
This is great for music, really adds bass. I could only imagine it would work great for video game play.
No bluetooth, does come with wired plug and volume control.
I purchased this for my brother. He said it is simple to set up. He does not know about the cable. Here is what it says on the Amazon website. Plug and play connection to multiple devices: 3.5mm and RCA inputs for simple wired connection to your TV, computer, tablet, game console and more I am not sure it answered your question . Are you look for a longer cord to connect to? Hope it helped.
Yes, it's a very nice system for the money. We love it here!
