This cape size is about 27"×27", mainly designed for 3-12 years old kids. But some adults can fit as well depending on the height. Neck size is not tight for adult, there is a tie in the neck, easy to adjust. The mask is about 6.7 inches, with stretchy string, big enough for an adult.
