My 5 month old loves the taste and it’s getting her used to me rubbing her gums. I think that will come in handy when we start learning brushing and when her little teeth start coming in. She actually really likes when I massage her gums.
I did for mine or at least when they got to be around 3 or 4 months old. It is nice to wipe their little gums after they've had milk!
I put a wipe around my fingertip & rub my sons gums a little . I tasted one & I think the flavor is way too strong but he doesn't seem to mind. I like that they come in small packs so they're easy to have in the diaper bag or in my coffee table basket without taking up a lot of space.
I couldn't use other product of baby brush because my baby's mouth is still too small (even she's 2 months old now) but this is easy to use by my finger which can put in her mouth. It can clean my baby's tongue & gum well but not as perfectly cleans all the white out. Still good product, doesn't give any bad effect to my baby after using it.
These are great! Our dentist recommended them and we use them prior to naps and bedtime, on top of brushing after meals. The single packs are very easy to tuck into any pack for an outing, so there is absolutely no excuse for not having one handy. We like the green apple flavor; received a grape box by accident once and LO didn't mind the flavor at all. My LO really likes them and tells me teeth wipe when we go through our bedtime routine.…
I have a multiply challenged son (awesome young man by the way), but tooth brushing can be a challenge in itself. He is a teenager, but I use these every night before I use the toothbrush and he has had improvements at the dentist. The cloth is easy to wrap around your finger. I can can right in to the back and clean his gums w/o a lot of grief. He is used to the "Spiffy routine" now.…
Sure. They're pretty strong so as long as you don't leave a baby with the wipe it won't tear or fall apart. I started using them on my baby at about 5 months old because that's when she got her first tooth, but you could use the wipes to clean a baby's gums.
Hi Kerri I am not sure. But what I can say they did a very good Job of cleaning my babies and my mouth. Hope someone else can chime in and answer this question for you.
This is our third baby to use Spiffies at the recommendation of our pediatric dentist. Our baby loves the flavor and looks forward to us using the Spiffy. …We never got into a good routine of cleaning our firstborn's teeth as an infant (he turned out fine dental wise, no cavities yet at age seven), but using Spiffies has made it easier to fall into a routine daily dental cleaning with babies two, three, and four.
