Really helped while traveling through the airport, hiking, and visiting various other busy locations with my 3 year old and 18 month old. Would highly recommend.
Purchased this for us to use with my 2 year old on his first cruise. It was a life saver. It got to the point where he would go get it when he was ready to go outside. I was confident that it was comfortable for him and I think he enjoyed the little bit of freedom it granted. He is an excellent hand holder but with the bracelet I was able to allow him to use his hands to hold his toys or food which I believe he enjoyed.
We've had our toddler test it pretty hard and it's pretty secure. Just watch out for brands that have twisting material or cloth instead of a freely rotating connection. We previously had one with just cloth that twisted until it ripped. Hopefully they are still selling that type.
Yes, my 2 y/o loves velcro too and he hasn't figured this one out yet
My child doesn't seem to mind wearing the bracelet. She actually looks forward to it when we go shopping. I like how the cord is sturdy and strong and how the bracelets have good cushion for both the child and adult. I also like how the cord is a 360 degree rotation. Overall my child likes it and since then she's kept close to me whenever we go out with the bracelet on now instead running wild everywhere.
It does go tighter. It fits comfortably on me, my husband and our 12 yr old for the adult size. I'm not sure if the adult size-would go small enough for a toddler or little kid tho. Definitely worth the money tho! We bought 2 of the 1.5 and 1 of the 2.5 meters.
It doesn't make any marks. I only used it a few times. I'm giving my granddaughter more freedom now and she's learning not to run away into the woods or into the street without looking. We live on a cul-de-sac. The kids all play on the island in the center of it. I might not need to use it again.
…My daughter used these taking her kids( ages 3 & 5 ) through an airport and got so many compliments. We now use these to go shopping and no longer have to chase kids through the mall or worry if someone is going to take them.
This one comes with a key and can be used with two kids
My son has autism and it’s a life saver. He weights close to 50 pounds and it has a lot of room left. He’s tall and skinny though.
I agree with other reviews, if toddler tries to extend the coil it will bull him backwards and makes him fall, we probably won’t use it anymore than the one time unless absolutely necessary, will be looking for a better alternative.
I always used this kind of kids leash when I travel abroad. Before I used them the first time, I thought it might look funny, but I always received a lot of compliments when I used them and walked on the street with my kids, because they actually look adorable.…
Yes. The keys are built in to the adult cuff. You take yours off to unlock the one attached to the kid.
What do you mean? Attached to the carriage? To the kids? This normally is to be used attached to an adult and a child. If you mean attach it to one of your kids and a stroller, I imagine you can, but if they pull too hard they might tip over the stroller and it could fall on top of them. Hope this helps!
…These are amazing and seriously lessen my an anxiety with taking the kids out.... Anyway, my kids are 2 and 3 (almost 4) and they both love them. They can't get hit by a car, or lost, and this is a major deterrent for someone looking to snatch a kid...…
It depends on the size of the child’s wrists. My wife can fit both sides. My son is extremely strong and has broken other “kid leashes” before, these are very well made, metal core wire and metal end pieces. I don’t think he will break them any time soon
