Worry free scheduling letters for parent teacher conferences!

I have used these parent teacher conference notes home across grade levels. This is a Microsoft Word document, so it can be easily edited for your personal needs!

Included are 2 parent teacher conference letters to help schedule your conferences. I have also included the progress report I like to send home before conferencing. These are editable word documents, so you can easily personalize them..

To save paper, I have included 2 notes per page. I use the first page to schedule conference during the first trimester and later for any students who are not making adequate progress. In the 2nd & 3rd trimester, I send home the conference optional (second page) to students who are on target and may not need conferences.
