Barker shifted gears in 1987 when he directed "Hellraiser," based on his novella The Hellbound Heart, which became a veritable cult classic spawning a slew

of sequels, several lines of comic books, and an array of merchandising. In 1990, he adapted and directed "Nightbreed" from his short story Cabal. Two years

later, Barker executive produced the housing-project story "Candyman," as well as the 1995 sequel, "Candyman 2: Farewell to the Flesh.

Slash Four

A little tricky to get but worth the effort.

A little tricky at first but with a little sleuthing you’ll get all 6 books. I bought the series and only books 1, 2, and 5 appeared in Kindle. Just search for the missing ones and Amazon will tell you that you had already purchased them. Download them individually and you’re all set. They won’t appear as a series but once I tapped on vol 2 I saw vols 3, 4, and 6 were already there. Barker is awesome and TBoB is one of his best work

Great series. I have had the e books for a year,however amazon says books 1 and 5 are no longer available. They basically stole money from me after the fact.

I purchased this book because it says get all 6.. then I only got 1 just like the other reviewer said. The other books were marked as "unavailable" waste of money

Clive Barker was born in Liverpool in 1952. His earlier books include The Books of Blood, Cabal, and The Hellbound Heart. In addition to his work as a novelist and playwright, he also illustrates, writes, directs and produces for stage and screen. His films include Hellraiser, Hellbound, Nightbreed and Candyman. Clive lives in Beverly Hills, California
