I bought this insurance for a bread maker. In the past, Azurion has come through for various products that broke out of warranty. In this case... not at all. I got the run-around. First, they tried to tell me I had to submit claim through the company even though I specified the item was damaged in an accident, not a manufacturer defect. After 3 calls and going through multiple reps, I finally got a shipping label. Three months later and still no refund! The original company finally came through with a refund (partly because I was initially confused over who issued the return label.. because Azurion had given me different answers).

Worse yet, when I complained through Amazon, their response was "OK, but we did not make the product." I mean seriously???? They did not even bother to READ my complain which made clear that I loved the product, just not the insurance coverage!!!!

Again... I have had good experiences in the past, but this transaction was a complete and utter fail!
