Purchased a Xerox 106R02313 Toner cartridge for $245.from Amazon, sold by When we put the cartridge in our printer, our printer gave us an error message of "INVALID PRINT CARTRIDGE". When we contacted Xerox, they told us the print cartridge was defective and to return it to the seller. We tried to return it to the seller, Antonline, but they would not send us a return authorization since the product was an opened "Consumable product, which once opened or consumed are not eligible for return". They told us to contact the manufacturer and try to work with them for support under warranty if applicable. Xerox would not work with us since we did not purchase the product from them, so we are out $245.
