I really like this book. This will be a reference guide for the foreseeable future; you know, until I can get this self-discipline stuff nailed down. I like Peter Hollins' books. I have several. I appreciate his science-based approach to everything. His books are accessible, not over-written; easy to breeze through. With his books I always walk away feeling like I didn't have to expend much effort to get a lot of helpful, ready-to-use, information.
