At a certain age in a kid's life, the events that took place on the Titanic that April evening become an obsessive drive.. More to know, more to learn, and in some instances much more to feel, which is very hard for the young people at times. I have to say that this treatment of the story had a lot of facts, an interesting and rambunctious 10-yr-old protagonist and story, but held back some of the more horrific punches while still making its point about the senseless and tragic loss of life. I highly recommend this book for young readers who have a hunger to know more about the Titanic and what happened.
