Like the title says it’s good if you didn’t read the comic I guess. Which seems to be the new trend with stories they adapt in their animated shared universes. They really should stop. Or adapt better. The plot was fine and a good follow up to Part 1. I have no idea why this had to be rated R as they could’ve easily made this PG-13 like the first installment. I really dislike the art style of their new movies and am glad to see the upcoming Injustice movie not have this style.
The voice work is great and the art decent. If you’re looking for a faithful adaptation to The Long Halloween comic I’d say you can skip these movies. The pacing is very strange and the changes made very questionable.
