I enjoyed the unwind series because it made me think critically about a deeply divisive issue (abortion). The narrative is beautifully woven together and carried me along with it from beginning to end. Unbound was interesting because it goes back to the beginning, shows me how each character became who they are, how their personalities were shaped. At first I thought hearing their backstory would change my opinion of them, but it only reinforced the characters I had gotten to know from the earlier books. It was also cool to see how and where Camu ended up. I like that the series gives all the angles of this topic, looking at each side and its implications, but ultimately leaving the decision with me.
