The few bad reviews I see around here have to be because the reader didn't stick with the story all the way. I admit that I felt like the story was a bit all over the place until about halfway through. Then everything clicked. Book 1 focused on one particular battalion of Legionaries. In Galactic Outlaws we see Legionnaires good and bad, all loyal to what they are committed to. The authors have done an excellent job of "Galaxy building." The story of Keel (a legend of an ex-legionnaire) and Rech (something more than legendary) kept me captive. Now I ask how to wedge Book 3 into my schedule or perhaps it's the other way around.
