Michael Connelly is a masterful story teller, He brings the reader into the action and weaves a story you can’t put down. In reality there are more unsolved cases than are eventually solved, but is rewarding when Justice is done. That is so rewarding on so many levels and even better when innocent people are rescued. This is all accomplished in this read. Harry Bosch is the perfect cop. He can be brash and abrasive, but analytical and incisive in his quest for solving crimes. At a time when police are derided Harry is the super cop honing his skills. He is the cop you want on your side.
