One of the amazon representative bought two of the Amazon gift card each $100 for $200 using my American visa card on September 1, 2017. I found that it was unauthorized purchase and I immediately within half an hour reported Amazon. They agreed that it was unauthorized purchase but refunded money for only one gift card. $100. I have called and talked to at least 7-8 Amazon representatives since then for the refund of another gift card worth $100. They always say that they have forwarded the complaint to account specialist and the account section will call me in 24-48 hours. But no body calls me back. Last time, I even talked to a supervisor who assured me that she will personally follow up this and let me know about. Is there a way, I can talk to right person who can address my issue and refund my money? The customer service reps., don't have control over these issue except to forward my concern, and this is not working for me. I don't want to spend time every week calling amazon and reporting the same thing over and over again. I never thought that Amazon would be so inefficient in handling customer's concerns. I would be happy if Amazon resolve this issue and refunds my $ 100. Thank you.
