Quite frankly I had given up on the series, the last two were repetitive to me and did not IMO advance the story of the Gray Man. That all changed with Sierra Six, the origin story. This book was exceptionally well written, much like the earlier novels, and was action-packed. The backstory of how Court came to be the Gray Man was exceptional. Character development was spot on, and kept me engaged with the dual endings hitting all the right notes. I'm trying very hard to review this book without revealing plot lines for fear of being a spoiler. Suffice it to say, I highly recommend Sierra Six.
PS. This is one of my Kindle treadmill books - an hour spent reading to make the time pass quickly. I have to admit the time flew by and I seriously considered adding another hour to my routine to keep reading.
