I ordered the E300 at 12:15am on the day of its initial release. I received it two days later and begin charging it. Out of the box it had a factory charge of 34%. I charged it for 24 hours and the highest it reach was 84%. Hmm, I disconnected it and repeated the charging cycle. Right when I plug it in (A/C) it show an input wattage. after an hour it stopped charging and went to 85%. I repeated this again and the generator did the same, it charged and stopped at 86%.
At this point I called customer service and left a message to call me back. I waited 1 day, then 2 days. no call back.
I decided to use the generator and discharge the battery some and see if it would wake up the battery. This worked! I was able to then charge the E300 to 100%. So far the generator is working to its expectation.
I never received a callback from their CS dept.

Update: Jackery customer service reached out to me and made sure I was completely satisfy with their product. This was the second Jackery generator that I own. I had no issues with the my previous generator and I was able to get this one to work. I increase one extra star for the customer follow up. Product did not work flawless out of the box otherwise i would have given it 5 stars.
