Bought my Roborock 2019. Loved it by the way! And then she stopped charging without yelling an error at me over & over and over. Called up Asurion, printed a label, within days my Roborock was deemed unrepairable so Asurion send me a Amazon gift card for my full purchase price. This all happened in just under a week. Just ordered a new vacuum with a new Asurion policy. Could not be happier.
