I attempted to place a claim. No one answers phone, when it finally starts to ring no one answers.
I attempted to place a claim on line and I can not log in with my Amazon account and it will not send me the "code" via email.
Not worth the $. Now I have a device that doesn't work and no way to get it fixed.
