I don’t believe this is Jeff Strand’s best work; the characters seemed a bit flat to me. However, his macabre humor is worth more than a few laughs, so this book is definitely worth the read. I really enjoyed Strand’s short story COLD DEAD HANDS. You might want to check that one out as well.
