Scrum is a way of escaping Lean. Let's over-engineer the process. Agile has its place but so does waterfall and Scrum tools are pretty good as long as we don't abandon it for the next shiny new toy. It's like Alice in Wonderland, if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there. There are lots of added details and examples, which are unneeded, like a two day class on requirement analysis when 2 hours would suffice on how to write a testable requirement.
Oh and I love the point made in the book if you have someone who disagrees with you about the teachings in this book, just fire them.
