The box is cute & as pictured, but it's been a headache to get a functional $50 gift card.

The there was some sort of system error with the claim code on the first gift card I was sent so it didn't register as a valid code, which to their credit they quickly realized and sent a replacement, which arrived on the same day. But the replacement showed a balance of $0 when I checked online. The person I spoke with in chat said they put a credit on the card, and it could take up to an hour to appear. I said I'd check the next day, and she said that wasn't necessary and the gift recipient should call if there was a problem. But I didn't want to make the person I'm trying to give a gift deal with customer service so I called when it still showed a $0 balance the next day. The person on the phone quickly put the credit on the account, and I had to explain that since I had purchased this gift I didn't want the balance on my account, but on the card. She put me on hold to figure out how to reverse the credit to my account & the call hung up after I was on hold for a few minutes so I called again & was put on hold again. She tried to tell me that the balance had been claimed before I'd even received the replacement card. Then she told me it would take 1-2 business days for the $50 credit the other person from the call center had applied to my account to show on my card & I would have to wait for that to happen before the balance could be moved to the gift recipient.
