I really liked this story--Megan and Craig were great characters trying to deal with the problems in their lives. I liked that Craig's kids got involved with activities with the shelter. I love all of the things they both did to help the animals and the shelter. I liked that Megan has cats for pets as well as dogs. The characters were complex and there was lots of emotion as well as fun in this story.
