If you're unfortunate enough to be using Quickbooks, this little item can save you about $600. QB doesn't provide credit card swiping equipment except for use on a phone or tablet. If you are using a computer, they charge large amounts for it and this inexpensive card reader works just as well. Worked the first time as soon as I plugged it in.
