The modem I use for Xfinity does not work as well as it should, and Asurion wants me to ship it to them which would leave me with no modem to use. Since they don't take calls on weekends, and their chat is only virtual, I left a message but never got a response. I ended up buying a new modem, and will consider the wasted purchase of an extended warranty a learning experience.
