Blah - that's the best way to summarize this lackluster romance. Phoebe is delightful, although being blackmailed by the shopkeeper wasn't nearly as villainous as it could've been. The viscount, however, struck me as a pompous prig doing nothing but messing with the help (and I don't care how helplessly he was falling in lust), and a mostly hypocritical individual. The siblings were annoying, and I spend most of this book being annoyed that Greer and Ava didn't get any mention at all...them and their husbands would've added a little interest to an otherwise pretty boring story.
Phoebe is the best part though, and if you've read the other two, you might as well finish up seeing how the trilogy turns out.
