I sent it to an third-party to fix it the first time they didn't fix it and It returned damaged to my home courtesy UPS. Then I had to call them and wait another week for another box to send it to him. Then wait another two or three weeks for them to dilly-dally around to decide that. Yeah they can't fix it. Finally they refunded me which is great. So I say they're good and they're bad like most extended warranties. You get what you pay for. At least they paid me back what I paid for the item which is now twice the price. Not their fault but due to inflation I guess. All in all, yeah it's worth having asurion. Just don't expect quick results ever
