Great customer service!!! While my original purchase was partially defective (and it was too late to return, as they had been washed), I received an email from KeaWorld customer service to make things right. I updated my review to five stars because they went above and beyond to correct the issue. I will surely shop this store again because they back their products!!!!!

After all of the positive reviews, I was excited to get and use these for my little one. Sadly, after the first wash, I noticed the poor workmanship - one of the seams came undone and the inside is exposed. This isn’t safe for little hands which can get caught in this.
