Let's start of with the good...
So once this was put together and mounted in the space above my drop ceiling, the picture quality was great.

The not so good...
The directions are confusing with the tiny hard to discern pics.
The lag bolts are really cheap chinesium quality. I pre drilled the hole and then screwed them in, only to have the heads break clean off. Sadly, two coarse thread drywall screws (without pre drilled holes) did what two lag bolts could not do. That's ridiculous.

More specifically
I live outside of Orlando Florida. So, I'm about 28-30 miles from most station towers.
I was able to use the IOS app "Antenna Finder" to locate which direction was ideal to point the antenna.
I mounted the antenna about 9.5 feet off the floor in the attic space and was still able to get 87 channels.

With my TV, I made the mistake of auto finding channels without switching my source from cable to antenna. First got 11 digital channels and then 87 after switching it.
Out of all the Latino channels which I cannot watch because of a language barrier and the real old TV shows, and religious channels etc, I have about 20-25 decent channels I can enjoy to watch.

I was very impressed with the picture quality and range given that it's not outside on the side of the house or mast.
I was skeptical but glad I got it.
I used a 20ft blue rigger coax cable without an amp or filter and got great results.
